The assistant uses Telegram as its primary interface with topic-based routing (content ideas, CRM, earnings, settings, and more), connects to Slack for task assignment and knowledge base storage, manages Google Workspace calendar events, emails, and Drive uploads, captures quick tasks via Todoist, tracks projects in Asana, and sends automated reminders.

Requirements

  • gog CLI for Google Workspace.
  • Slack integration with bot and user tokens.
  • Todoist API or skill.
  • Asana API or skill.
  • Telegram channel with multiple topics configured.

How to use

  1. Configure Telegram topics for different contexts: config for bot settings and debugging, updates for status and notifications, video-ideas for the content pipeline, personal-crm for contact management, earnings for financial tracking, and knowledge-base for RAG ingestion and queries.
  2. Connect all tools via OpenClaw config: Google OAuth (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Slack app and user tokens, and API tokens for Todoist and Asana.
  3. Supply OpenClaw with the system prompt defining Telegram topic routing, service trigger phrases, and scheduled reminder times.
You are my multi-channel assistant. Route requests based on context:

Telegram topics:
- "config" → system settings, debugging
- "updates" → daily summaries, reminders, calendar
- "video-ideas" → content pipeline and research
- "personal-crm" → contact queries and meeting prep
- "earnings" → financial tracking
- "knowledge-base" → save and search content

When I ask you to:
- "Add [task] to my todo" → use Todoist
- "Create a card for [topic]" → use Asana Video Pipeline project
- "Schedule [event]" → use gog calendar
- "Email [person] about [topic]" → draft email via gog gmail
- "Upload [file] to Drive" → use gog drive

Set up automated reminders:
- Monday 6 PM: "🗑️ Trash day tomorrow"
- Friday 3 PM: "✍️ Time to write the weekly company update"

  1. Test each integration individually, then verify cross-workflow interactions, such as saving a Slack link to the knowledge base and referencing it in a video research card.
