Health & Symptom Tracker
This agent logs food intake and symptoms so the user can review possible associations in their own journal. Timestamped entries and reminders support consistent logging without treating correlations as confirmed causes.
OpenClaw records food and symptoms sent to a dedicated Telegram topic, logs each message with a timestamp, and sends reminders three times a day (morning, midday, and evening) to prompt meal logging.
Requirements
- Cron job support for scheduling and sending reminders.
- A Telegram topic for submitting logs.
- File storage with a Markdown log file for recording entries.
How to use
- Create a Telegram topic named "health-tracker" (or similar).
- Create a log file at
~/clawd/memory/health-log.md. - Prompt OpenClaw with the following instructions:
When I message in the "health-tracker" topic:
1. Parse the message for food items and symptoms
2. Log to ~/clawd/memory/health-log.md with timestamp
3. Confirm what was logged
Set up 3 daily reminders:
- 8 AM: "🍳 Log your breakfast"
- 1 PM: "🥗 Log your lunch"
- 7 PM: "🍽️ Log your dinner and any symptoms"
Every Sunday, analyze the past week's log and identify patterns:
- Which foods correlate with symptoms?
- Are there time-of-day patterns?
- Any clear triggers?
Post the analysis to the health-tracker topic.
Treat the weekly output as correlations in a personal journal, not confirmed food triggers or a medical diagnosis.
- Optional: Add a memory file for OpenClaw to track user-noted patterns and update them as new observations are logged.
